At Legion Investment Group, I oversee owner-side delivery of two ground-up Manhattan luxury condominium developments: 1122 Madison Avenue and 550 West 21st Street. At 1122 Madison Avenue, the project reached 85% sold shortly after launch, with more than $400M in total sales and a record-setting $89.5M penthouse contract.

Previously, I led a 9-person construction team at Akelius Real Estate Management, managing approximately $90M in capital projects and initiating portfolio-wide solar installations totaling 600 KW. My work spans construction delivery, project controls, and real estate development, from feasibility and preconstruction through closeout.
