In my current Consultative Pharmacy Technician (SOS Team) role, I use PAHub to support specialty pharmacy authorization workflows and complete forms from provider-supplied clinical information.

I investigate prescription-processing rejections, contact patients about next steps, and maintain medication trackers to follow prescriptions through the PBM pharmacy system. I also share findings and program insights in manufacturer meetings.

Previously, I supported utilization management and prior authorization workflows, reviewing clinical documentation and resolving prescription issues.
