Jetaime Ross
@jetaimeross
I design AI-ready education and public-sector systems for sustainable adoption.
What I'm looking for
Through Strategsis, I help organizations design AI-ready systems before adoption fails. I work with leaders on governance, workforce readiness, workflow alignment, and human-centered implementation.
I created Curiosity as Infrastructure™, a framework for understanding how institutions adapt when intelligence becomes infrastructure. My writing, podcasting, and advisory work examine AI’s implications for learning, decision-making, governance, and access.
My work is informed by more than nine years in classrooms and education systems, including Friendship Public Charter School, Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth, and The Ingenuity Project. I design learning interventions grounded in diagnostic assessment, learning science, cultural responsiveness, and student agency.
With a foundation in molecular biology, STEM education, and organizational strategy, I connect systems design with public-interest technology and institutional change. I’m focused on helping education and public-sector leaders build the conditions for equitable, scalable AI adoption.
