At Cass Information Systems, I research missing bills, late fees, and service shut-off warnings while maintaining billing and late-fee databases.

I contact vendors by phone and email to secure duplicate or replacement invoices, negotiate late-fee removals, and keep communication moving forward.

Previously at Assurant Solutions, I supported insurance processing in a high-volume inbound call center, responding to 70 to 100 customer inquiries daily. I issued policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations while investigating premium discrepancies and system problems.

I also completed a Pharmacy Technician externship at Walgreens Pharmacy, where I filled prescriptions, processed medication manufacturer changes, restocked shelves, and created prescription labels.
