What I'm looking for

I am seeking customer-facing or administrative roles where I can apply my hospitality and reception experience, collaborate with a team, and deliver reliable, guest-centered service.

I am a customer-focused hospitality and administrative professional with hands-on experience in front-of-house operations and reception duties. I bring strong verbal and written communication, reliability, and a demonstrated ability to handle guest interactions and customer requests.

My experience includes serving guests in a busy resort restaurant and performing receptionist duties—answering phones, welcoming customers, managing complaints, and handling basic office tasks such as photocopying and filing. I completed a TVET Business Certificate through ABICE, successfully obtaining six out of seven CSEC subjects.

I am a diligent team player and problem solver who values integrity, confidentiality, and consistent service delivery. I seek roles where I can contribute strong interpersonal skills and operational support to improve guest and customer experiences.
