At To Write Love On Her Arms, I managed multi-state program funding and strategic allocations, aligning budgets with mission priorities and compliance requirements. I also delivered program data and impact reports to board leadership to inform planning and policy.

As Teen Director at Boys & Girls Club Central Florida, I developed partnerships with schools, civic organizations, and community stakeholders to expand program access. I provided program direction to youth development staff and used assessment tools to improve outcomes and adapt to participants’ needs.
