@kc01
Nonprofit executive director and mental health professional focused on youth empowerment and data-driven programs.
What I'm looking for
I combine excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication to translate business needs into technology and measurable program results.
As an Executive Director (2020–present), I actively work to provide outreach and connectivity by building relationships collaboratively through partnerships. I manage and direct day-to-day operations, drive programmatic growth, handle financial obligations, and strengthen services through safety management and counseling support. I also write grants and research grants to improve the program and create fundraisers to sustain continuing profits.
Previously, I served as an Executive Director (2017–2025) leading a nonprofit girls’ program focused on empowerment, self-esteem, and bullying—advocating through mentorship while maintaining financial responsibility through donor cultivation and fund management. Along the way, I contributed clinical and behavioral expertise as an RBT (2016–2018) providing one-on-one ABA therapy, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate data, and applying behavior reduction strategies.
I’ve also delivered direct clinical outpatient services as a Mental Health Therapist (2015–2018), facilitating therapy sessions for ages 3–18, using Florida Medicaid guidelines, and providing diagnosis assessments and ongoing treatment (including play therapy and CBT for parents and children as appropriate). Earlier leadership as a Program Manager and Program Director strengthened my ability to supervise staff, market programs, coordinate events, complete recurring reporting, write grants, support HR needs, and evaluate participant progress to measure program impact.
