At Mo’s Allstars Inc., I lead program development, operations, and community engagement for a youth development nonprofit. I develop mentorship, leadership, and athletic training initiatives and build partnerships to expand opportunities for underserved youth.
At RF CUNY – Hunter College / NYC Administration for Children’s Services, I coach child welfare and juvenile justice leaders through the LEAD program. I support leadership development around talent management, equity, and systems-level change.
My work has also included community schools strategy at Montgomery County Public Schools and child welfare services at the Department of Children & Families (DCF), State of Connecticut. As an outpatient psychotherapist at Well Living LLC, I provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.
