At Educational Empowerment Group, I rebuilt the performance evaluation framework used across the network and developed an observation and coaching model with a calibration process to align observers. The framework surfaced capability gaps and was followed by measurable performance gains among retained staff.
I built the data platform and reporting pipelines used across 15 campuses, and an AI-assisted observation tool that reads performance data and generates structured coaching feedback. I also built an AI-narrated production pipeline and automated recurring analysis with Google Apps Script and Python.
At Exit Planning Institute, I own the redesign of the flagship professional credential, including its assessment architecture and examination design. I built a 150-question examination from scratch and lead continuing professional education compliance under the 2026 AICPA/NASBA Standards.
Earlier, as Principal at CASTLE High School, Educational Empowerment Group, I replaced vendor curriculum with a project-based program aligned to state standards. End-of-course performance rose above 70%, compared with a 22% organizational average, while enrollment grew from 50 to 140 students.
