What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles where I can lead large-scale K–12 transformation, integrate AI into PD, coach leaders, and scale equitable talent systems.

I am an education and talent executive with 30+ years leading large-scale transformation across K–12, EdTech, and organizational leadership. I specialize in turning around underperforming districts and building strategic systems that improve outcomes.

I have led talent acquisition and retention initiatives that reduced attrition and increased teacher retention, and I have overseen multi-million dollar budgets with strong financial controls. I secured nearly $3 million in competitive grants and philanthropic donations to fund strategic initiatives and expansion.

I design and deliver AI-integrated professional development, build visual data dashboards to inform executive decision-making, and coach leaders to scale sustainable improvement. I have driven enrollment growth and accreditation successes through data-informed strategic planning and performance management systems.
