I’m a results-driven IT Operations and Systems Support professional with 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise IT support, systems administration, and infrastructure management. I focus on building secure, scalable IT environments that keep teams productive.
In my current role as an IT Technical Analyst at Gitech Computer Systems, I design and implement enterprise IT systems aligned with business needs. I build automated workflows for user account creation, access provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding, and I support API-based automation that strengthens internal applications.
