What I'm looking for

I’m ready to take on the responsibilities of a Credit Officer.

At Stima Sacco, I advise members on suitable loan facilities and provide basic financial education about borrowing. I guide them according to eligibility and policy requirements.

As a Customer Relations Officer/Teller, I partner with the branch credit department to resolve member issues related to loans and credit processes. I also check member information and documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Previously, as a Channels Experience Officer at Stima Sacco, I documented member interactions in the CRM and collaborated with internal departments to resolve queries. I also supported retention and loan portfolio growth through cross-selling Sacco products and services.

My earlier internships at Hero Radio and Egerton University involved audio production, advertising and marketing campaigns, and creating content for broadcast and web platforms. I’m ready to take on the responsibilities of a Credit Officer.
