I've led global consulting and operational transformation at Esri, the American Red Cross, and Esri Arabia. At Esri, I owned the global ports and rail practice P&L, generated more than $25 million in sourced and influenced revenue, and delivered transportation platforms that produced over $5 million in operational savings.

At the American Red Cross, I rebuilt national damage assessment into RC View, bringing live maps, dashboards, and automated data feeds to disaster decision makers during active hurricane response. I also owned 15 enterprise systems supporting national disaster operations, directed a $15 million technology budget, and helped accelerate disaster assistance from weeks to days.

I'm now building Esri Arabia's professional services presence, developing an in-country team and advising ministry and enterprise leaders on national infrastructure, digital twin, security, and resilience programs. I care most about developing people and leaving behind practical capabilities teams can sustain independently.
