At RedHat, I lead development of code and automation scripts to improve service scalability, reliability, and performance. I also design monitoring and alerting systems and help coordinate incident response.
At ISS World S.A., I architected a global OpenShift cluster serving operations across 120+ countries. I also implemented CI/CD pipelines with gated approvals and rollback strategies, and served as a Security Champion for GDPR and ISO 27001 compliance awareness.
At Farfetch Platform Solutions, I designed infrastructure blueprints for Azure and AWS and delivered Terraform and Ansible automation frameworks for zero-downtime deployments.
Earlier, I worked on infrastructure automation, monitoring, and cloud migration at Cocus PT – Vodafone DE, and led infrastructure teams at GlobalHitss – Claro Brazil. I have a Degree in Computer Networks and Scrum Master and Agile Scrum certifications.
