At Northwest College, I lead strategy and operations for an eight-program portfolio, translating institutional priorities into annual operating plans and a five-year strategic plan.

I oversee eligibility and compliance processes for approximately 175 student-athletes annually and coordinate work across personnel, budgets, facilities, technology, and student success. I’ve also partnered with the Northwest College Foundation on fundraising and relationship strategies that helped grow the athletic endowment to approximately $2 million and the Booster Club to 431 members.

Earlier at Northwest College, I coached men’s basketball and supported 37 student-athletes in completing their degrees, while the program achieved a 120-73 record, its first Region IX Championship in 46 years, and an NJCAA Elite 8 appearance. At ADP, I managed communications projects for 14 clients and standardized internal documentation and workflows.
