What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build and sustain championship-caliber athletics, strengthen culture and compliance, and develop coaches—while maximizing academic outcomes, student-athlete support, and community engagement.

I’m an educational leader and athletic administrator with experience in high school athletics, NCAA coaching and administration, and secondary education. I build positive school culture, supervise and develop coaches, and align athletics with academic success, character development, and community engagement.

Across K-12 and collegiate environments, I’ve led program supervision, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and event operations. Highlights include an Interim Director of Athletics role at the NCAA level, College Conference Coach of the Year (2x), multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, and Missouri Class 2A State Championship leadership.

Most recently, I’m helping launch a new intercollegiate athletics program—leading sport selection, AD/Coach hiring and training, budget development, facilities procurement, and operational systems while building multi-year financial models and roster projections. I also consult through Significant Coaching LLC, host recruiting-focused podcasts and workshops, and work directly with student-athletes and families to identify the best academic, athletic, and financial fit.
