At Bar Harbor Bank & Trust, I support daily banking operations by opening and maintaining accounts, processing wires, managing debit and ATM cards, and handling sensitive financial information accurately.

I work with KYC, OFAC, CTRs, AML, BSA, and fraud procedures while using Jack Henry Xperience, CardWizard, FinBOA, and Adobe Acrobat. I also write formal customer and internal communications when follow-up is needed.

Before banking, I built strong documentation, data analysis, training, and procedure-following skills through wildlife care, rehabilitation, and field research roles. I’m looking to bring that detail-oriented operational experience to a back-office fraud, BSA/AML, compliance, or banking operations role.
