At Grand Canyon University, I counsel adult learners throughout the student lifecycle, from initial inquiry through graduation. I support a caseload of 75 or more students and manage more than 30 inbound and outbound calls per shift.
I use the university’s academic coaching model to help students create action plans, address barriers, and navigate degree requirements, transfer credits, and financial aid. I maintain FERPA-compliant records and coordinate with advisors, faculty, financial aid, and operations teams.
At UnitedHealth Group, I delivered individual and group health coaching for adults managing chronic conditions. I also developed the Meal Plan & Prep behavior change methodology and created wellness education resources.
Earlier, I managed physical activity programming at 24 Hour Fitness and taught exercise science at Carrington College. I hold a B.S. in Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology and am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
