What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can design scalable, evidence-based learning solutions, lead blended e-learning programs, collaborate with SMEs, and apply data-informed evaluation to improve learner outcomes.

I am an experienced Instructional Designer and Learning & Development specialist with over 10 years designing, developing, and delivering large-scale training programs for U.S. federal agencies, national laboratories, and international teams.

I have led training strategy and implementations—most notably a customized Oracle EPM system rollout supporting over 2,000 employees—and designed blended, simulation-based, and multimedia learning solutions using Articulate 360 and modern LMS platforms.

My work emphasizes learner-centered outcomes, accessibility (Section 508), and data-informed evaluation using ADDIE, SAM, and the Kirkpatrick Model. I partner closely with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into engaging digital and virtual learning experiences.
