At ADE Division of Career and Technical Education, I provide statewide resources and professional learning for the Education Pathway, supporting schools as they develop programs that prepare students for careers in education. I also serve as Arkansas Educators Rising State Advisor, supporting chapters, advisors, and student members and coordinating statewide conferences and leadership development activities.
At Bigelow High School, East End Public Schools, I taught special education, literacy, and math, and supported educators using IXL through training and troubleshooting. Earlier, at Anne Watson Elementary, I created a partnership with Harding University’s Murphy Scholars for monthly writing mentorship sessions.
