I’m looking for a bilingual, detail-driven executive support role where I can coordinate calendars, manage confidential communications, and apply research/data tools to improve workflows within an international team.

I’m a bilingual (EN–ES) professional delivering executive support, administrative coordination, and translation work in fast-paced corporate environments. I’m known for strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and discretion.

Across roles supporting senior leadership and international teams, I’ve managed front-desk operations, access control, vendor coordination, and workspace logistics, while tracking facilities expenses, purchase orders, and invoices. At Herrenknecht AG, I assisted the Managing Director and coordinated logistics for visiting staff; at S&P Global, I worked as a Data Researcher and translator, translating and revising financial and administrative documents while maintaining translation memories and supporting QA and automation initiatives.
