I lead dining staff through scheduling, training, and ongoing coaching while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet dietary needs. I also handle resident and family concerns with compassion and support special events, holiday meals, and engagement initiatives.

Previously, I supported personalized customer experiences at Ulta Beauty through product recommendations, retail operations, and organized sales areas.

I bring experience in food service management, team leadership, customer service, and senior living, and I’m eager to keep developing my leadership skills in a positive, service-focused organization.
