Developed and produced Christian ministry eCourses from concept to launch, including curriculum strategy, script ghostwriting, and instructional design. Led cross-functional production teams (video, audio, editing) to deliver high-quality, spiritually formative digital learning experiences.

Pastored youth and young adults into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in both large group and smaller relational settings. Designed discipleship programming for equipping students to live from the Presence and Voice of God, find Christ in the Scriptures, share their faith with others, and demonstrate the power of the Gospel.

Acted as an advisor to the ASAP President and staff to ensure effective youth outreach events following all ASAP-sponsored assemblies at public High Schools. Developed the online presence of ASAP’s brand, engaging with users and strengthening relationships through social media platforms.

Built relationships with pastors and local leaders to promote the planting of Lunchtime Bible Clubs & Tribe Discipleship Chapters on high school campuses. Assisted in the development and implementation of social media strategies to promote church adoption campaigns for new One Voice clubs.

Set the vision and strategy for Bethel Kids at all three campuses. Oversaw Bethel Kids Campus Coordinators, hosting ongoing Children’s ministry trainings, volunteer recruitment events, and curriculum development meetings.

Maintained the President’s schedule and communicated with interested parties to schedule meetings and events, filtering high-priority appointments to the President. Successfully led volunteer recruitment campaigns through visiting churches and networking on social media.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Non-profit Management. Gained expertise in leading teams, managing projects, and developing communication strategies within organizational settings.
