Bre Benbenek
@brebenbenek
I lead Medicaid operations, government technology, compliance, and cross-agency delivery for public assistance programs.
What I'm looking for
I lead Medicaid operations, compliance, policy implementation, and government technology initiatives that improve delivery for public assistance programs. Through J Mountain Consulting, I manage concurrent client projects, translate new requirements into practical workflows, and develop funding strategies that expand healthcare access.
At the Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology, I led infrastructure initiatives supporting approximately 6,000 county human services users across 64 counties. I directed vendor agreements, resolved delivery and compliance issues, and led a four-month effort that remediated more than 8,000 security vulnerabilities.
Previously at Colorado HCPF, I coordinated state agencies, counties, vendors, and technical teams around system risk and operational gaps. I secured $1.25M in ARPA funding for statewide human services record digitization and helped deliver Tableau dashboards for oversight and continuous improvement.
