What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design and direct AI-powered operating systems for service businesses, combining rigorous specifications, measurable automation, and real operational knowledge. I value work where systems are tested, auditable, and tied to practical business outcomes.

I've directed construction and remodeling work across more than 200 apartments and 10,000 m² of social housing, multifamily, warehouse, and new-build projects in Colombia. At TuObra Ya, I led design, site teams, subcontractors, procurement, budgets, schedules, and client reporting.

I turned the operational systems behind that work into software, specifying architectures, directing AI-assisted builds, and testing systems until the numbers hold. Through BM Digital Partner, I deliver quoting engines, process automation, and agent systems from the first client call through deployment.

I've shipped systems for packaging manufacturing, publishing, personal finance, real estate, tourism, and construction, with more than 2,000 automated checks green. My public work includes Oficio, a deterministic quoting agent, and an independent audit of the τ²-bench agent benchmark.

I combine architectural design, operational management, and software system design to make complex service operations measurable, auditable, and easier to run. I work remotely worldwide in English and Spanish.
