At Balcones de Villa Fenanda, I coordinate infrastructure, maintenance, and construction across two hotel locations in Melgar. I’m bringing architectural order to a complex that grew without an overall plan by documenting existing buildings and setting design criteria for new work.
I’ve participated in the design and construction of a machine room, water storage tank, administrative area, and wet-area bathrooms. I also supervise contractors on site and coordinate material purchases.
At BRA Arquitectura conceptual, I worked across residential construction and design. I supervised renovations, prepared quantity takeoffs, and reviewed contractor proposals; I also identified charges outside a contracted scope that would have created an extra cost for the client.
My work at avianca included supporting maintenance across eight Bogotá facilities, verifying work on site, and participating in the redesign of staff spaces. My thesis, ÉTERAXIS, proposes a design methodology combining neuroarchitecture and virtual reality to translate users’ sensory and cognitive responses into project decisions; it drew external investment interest.
