I'm looking to continue supporting undergraduate success through advising, retention initiatives, degree planning, and cross-functional collaboration in higher education.

My name is Brandon Totten, and I am a Higher Education professional with a background in academic advising and a strong interest in educational compliance. I am experienced in interpreting and applying institutional policies to support students, while ensuring fairness, accuracy, and adherence to established guidelines.

Through my advising work, I have developed skills in policy navigation, documentation, and student support that directly translate to compliance functions.
