Owned and executed IT software category strategy across enterprise technology and SaaS spend, delivering $1M validated hard-dollar savings in 2022 and $2M+ in 2023 through sourcing and contract negotiations. Led end-to-end procure-to-pay activities, supplier scorecards, and month-end close reporting, and served as SME for procurement automation tools.

Managed IT project financials including invoice tracking, accrual and forecast modeling, and budget vs. actual variance monitoring. Coordinated planning, execution, and results-monitoring phases, producing executive status reports and detailed project documentation for senior stakeholders.

Supported office-wide contract acquisitions by tracking requisitions, issuing purchase orders, and managing contract funding with cost, schedule, and performance analysis. Redlined and negotiated commercial terms with Legal and managed the full contract lifecycle, including RFP compliance, contract close-outs, and renewal communications.

Managed day-to-day purchasing operations and authored standard operating procedures to standardize and scale procurement processes. Performed monthly reconciliations of open purchase orders and accruals, renegotiated key vendor/subcontractor contracts, and produced multi-period analytics reporting for leadership.

Partnered with product service lines and support functions to define scope items for industrial bids and heavy-equipment commercial contracts. Managed master service agreement files, conducted internal audits for compliance (including NDAs, security requirements, and insurance), and drafted and executed project change orders while tracking and revising project dollar allocations.
