I also oversee full-cycle seasonal recruiting, from job requirements and interviews through offers and onboarding coordination.

Previously, I managed high-volume recruiting at AWP SAFETY, INOVA STAFFING SERVICES, and TQL. At AWP SAFETY, I increased the percentage of filled roles in the Florida market from 65% to 90% per month; at TQL, I ranked among the company’s top 20 recruiters nationally.
