At the College of Southern Nevada, I led implementation of a $2.8 million federal Title V grant initiative and developed a new student-support department aligned with grant goals and institutional priorities.

I planned student-success programs, workshops, tutoring, and academic-support services, and supervised part-time Math Aides/Tutors.
