At Zoll Medical’s Cardiac Division, I supervise patient accounts for more than 300 LifeVest patients, coordinating insurance documentation, approvals, medical orders, VA authorizations, follow-up visits, and issue resolution.
I consistently maintain a 95% BCR and close exceptions and issues in fewer than five days while using Workday, Salesforce, WCD Net, Power BI, and Concur.
I also provide PRN adult echocardiography at Texoma Medical Center, supporting ECHO, TEE, TAVR, and Watchman procedures. My pediatric experience includes Pediatric/NICU ECHO and TEE procedures at Children’s Medical Center Dallas.
Before moving into cardiac imaging and patient-account coordination, I spent more than a decade in emergency departments at Cook Children’s Medical Center and Children’s Medical Center Dallas, supporting triage, patient management, IVs, medication administration, transport, and physicians.
