At The Hypatia Collaborative, I lead evaluation and learning work for nonprofit and community-based partners. I develop practical evaluation plans and tools, then turn findings into reports, presentations, and recommendations for program teams, organizational leaders, and funders.
At Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, I managed evaluation and performance monitoring for a federally funded Healthy Start program serving pregnant and postpartum people, infants, and families. I analyzed participant and community data to monitor trends, identify service gaps and disparities, and support continuous quality improvement in maternal and infant health services.
I also teach undergraduate public health courses at the University of South Florida College of Public Health. My work and research have included mixed-methods evaluation, maternal and child health, and public health education, and I hold a Master of Public Health and a Certified in Public Health credential.
