I’m a Systems, Network & Data Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure, managing operational reliability, and handling technical incidents in telecom project environments. I recently completed a Master’s in Data Science, and I now bring a stronger data-analysis mindset to reporting, monitoring, and decision support.

In my Assistant Telecom Project Engineer role at Huawei Technologies, I supervised telecom infrastructure deployment projects and performed site validation using PAT/FAT and compliance checks. I also consolidated project data into Excel reports for progress tracking and helped analyze deployment metrics like completion rate and delays, supporting structured stakeholder communication.

Previously, as a System & Network Support Engineer at PHOENIX MART, I supported around 30 users while administering Windows servers and VMware virtual machines. I managed Active Directory accounts and access rights, monitored backups with periodic restore tests, troubleshot network incidents (including VLANs and Cisco switches), and drafted technical procedures and incident reports.

I also gained hands-on end-user and infrastructure support experience at CAMTEL, assisting with security procedures, user access controls, local network administration, and deployment of a centralized backup solution. I’m driven by the idea that solid operations and clear, accurate reporting should always work together.
