Bowen Fox

Provides administrative support to Arena Stage staff and 500+ guest artists annually, booking travel, arranging housing, and coordinating hospitality needs. Collaborates with General Management on budgetary planning, reconciliation, and tracking, and creates and files contracts for artists within AEA, SDC, USA, and LORT union parameters.

Led Arena Stage's company management presence, delegating tasks between General Management and overhire during the initiation of the theater's 75th anniversary season. Coordinated onsite logistics for vendors, guest artists, producers, and consultants, and maintained project tracking using Asana, Propared, and Monday.

Instructed students aged 6 to 18 on material from Shakespeare's plays and the fundamentals of acting and design. Assisted students in contributing their thoughts and ideas to performances for friends and family while bolstering their physical, intellectual, and artistic development.

Ran day-to-day brewery operations, ensuring all patrons were taken care of, staff issues were handled effectively, the staff schedule was maintained, and inventory was recorded and restocked.

Kept a database of all accounts and buyers to maintain relationships and visitation when necessary, as well as all available inventory for POs with individual accounts and distributors. Represented the brewery's brand and product across the greater metro Atlanta area.
