What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative arts organization role where I can manage personnel and operations, support education initiatives, and grow into broader leadership while using my administrative and production skills.

I am an arts administrator with eight years of experience focused on orchestra personnel management, education, and operations. I bring empathetic communication and strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and positive organizational culture.

In personnel roles I managed onboarding, contracts, payroll preparation, and extensive data systems for salaried and substitute musicians, maintaining detailed records for ensembles of 85+ members and coordinating relief and vacation coverage.

I have hands-on experience with OPAS, WorkDay, Salesforce, and multiple web and productivity tools, and I’ve run auditions, hired and trained staff, and deescalated and mediated conflicts while working closely with music directors and union agreements.
