What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a front-desk, administrative, client support, or medical office role where I can create a welcoming experience, manage busy communications and operations, and use my multilingual skills to support diverse clients.

I'm currently supporting 20 to 30 clients daily at Centre for Newcomers in Calgary, providing language interpretation, employment preparation, resume support, and guidance through community services. I've supported more than 200 newcomers with compassionate, client-centered service.

Previously, I managed front-of-house operations at Mado and reception and administrative coordination at Yaban Fruit in Istanbul. I bring experience with guest relations, multi-line phones, scheduling, records, inventory, cash handling, and POS systems in English, Turkish, Swahili, and Somali.
