I managed data capturing and updates in Xero to protect financial data integrity. I cleaned datasets by identifying duplicates, incorrect entries, and missing information, and I prepared invoices, quotations, and reports with strict attention to detail—flagging inconsistencies and process gaps proactively before they impacted operations.

I coordinate schedules and workflows using digital systems, maintain structured digital filing systems, and support reporting by compiling and verifying operational data.
