I’m a Systems Engineer with 4+ years of experience designing, administering, and securing enterprise IT infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and virtualized/cloud environments. I focus on improving system reliability, streamlining IT operations, and providing responsive technical support in fast-paced, multi-site organizations.

In my current role as an Associate IT Administrator at Java House Africa, I administer Active Directory Domain Services (users, groups, printers, network resources) and lead Identity & Access Management with role-based access control and segregation of duties. I also manage onboarding, training, server rebuilds/configuration, and end-user support across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

I support virtualization and cloud operations using VMware/Hyper-V and manage Google Workspace across multiple sites. I administer Sophos Endpoint Security and ensure timely backups to protect business continuity.

I bring strong networking and security troubleshooting skills across routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless connections, and I support hardware/software procurement decisions to optimize spend. Earlier, as an ICT Officer at Kenyatta National Hospital, I supported LAN infrastructure, enterprise switching/wireless environments, and multi-server network configuration including IP addressing, DNS, and WINS.
