I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented Property Administrator with 7+ years of experience managing property administration, compliance, and client support across residential, industrial, and commercial real estate. I coordinate the full sales cycle—from property listing to final transfer—with accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction at the center of my work.
In my current role at API Property Group, I manage FICA compliance by collecting, verifying, and ensuring buyers’, sellers’, and developers’ documentation is fully compliant. I draft and compile Offers to Purchase (OTPs) and standard property agreements, and I maintain deal files that are complete, compliant, and audit-ready. I also conduct research and information gathering using WinDeed to support sales teams and clients with ownership and title insights.
