What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my interpersonal skills, practical experience, and customer-focused approach to an organization that values guest and departmental satisfaction.

I've supported warehouse operations at Caterpillar, handling receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, inventory counts, and basic quality checks for parts and supplies.

At Miami-Dade Parks and Recreation, I helped maintain park facilities, supervised participants in recreational programs, assisted visitors, supported rentals, and enforced safety rules. I also supported the Office of the Mayor & Council through community workshops, town halls, clerical work, and outreach initiatives.

My guest-facing experience includes serving as a Target Guest Advocate and a Guest Service & Group Sales Associate at ShipWreck Island Water Park, where I processed purchases, rentals, group sales, and guest questions.
