At UenoLabs Technologies, I co-founded UENO, a university attendance and engagement platform live on the App Store and Google Play. I built UENO For Student in Flutter and Dart with native Swift and Kotlin modules, and led a three-person engineering team.

I shipped proximity-based attendance verification for low-connectivity campuses, helping grow the platform to 4,782 users and 24 lecturers across three pilot universities.

I also built Sceneflow, an AI automation tool that reduced a manual footage-matching workflow from roughly three hours per script to minutes. In a separate project, I designed a WhatsApp-based AI sales agent that handles sales conversations, payment link generation, and product delivery.
