I’m looking for a role where I can support daily operations and customer success while growing into data analytics. I enjoy structured documentation, problem solving, and measurable improvements through research and data-driven decisions.

I’m a motivated, organized administrative professional with hands-on experience managing daily business operations, business records, and customer/vendor communication. I stay proactive with accurate documentation, diplomatic complaint handling, and structured organization of inventory and documentation to reduce discrepancies.

Alongside sales support and customer acquisition, I’ve developed digital marketing strategies and built a small product-based business from scratch. Now, I’m strengthening my foundation in data analytics through research methodology, statistics, and data collection & analysis—so I can turn insights into better decisions and measurable results.
