At Accenture, I design and establish Global Capability Centers for life sciences clients, including hiring frameworks, operating models, and governance that support knowledge transfer between global and India-based teams.
I manage project teams of 8–12 consultants through discovery, design, and delivery, with responsibility for scope, timelines, quality, and C-suite sign-off. I also develop proposals, solution designs, and pricing for life sciences strategy and GCC transformation pursuits.
At Accenture, I spearheaded Veeva integration for site-feasibility workflows, trained 500+ global R&D professionals, and served as the point of contact for process and technical questions. Previously, at Clarivate, I managed analysts and delivered cardiovascular MedTech insights for global clients; at Allergan, I launched ophthalmology products across Central Mumbai.
