Bishist Chand

As a co-founder, I have been actively involved in building and managing a dynamic legal advisory practice. I lead and oversee legal services across all tiers of Nepal’s judiciary, including District, High, and Supreme Courts.

I served as the in-house legal officer, responsible for managing a wide range of legal issues affecting the company’s operations, from contracts to litigation. My work contributed directly to operational continuity and legal compliance.

I gained broad experience in the core areas of corporate legal practice, working with senior advocates and corporate clients on legal drafting, transactions, and regulatory procedures.

This early experience helped develop my research, drafting, and documentation skills, particularly with international clients and cross-border legal issues.

Currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Energy and Infrastructure Law. This advanced program focuses on the legal aspects of energy production, distribution, and infrastructure development.

Completed a dual degree in Bachelor in Business Management and Law. This comprehensive program provided a strong foundation in both business principles and legal studies.

Completed 12th Grade with a focus on Commerce. This included studies in business, accounting, and economics.

Completed 10th Grade with a focus on Optional Mathematics. This foundational education provided essential skills in mathematics and general subjects.
