What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue developing in corporate, banking, finance, and commercial legal practice through legal research, drafting, regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, and practical client-focused legal work.

I've supported legal research, drafting, contract review, and client advisory work across corporate, commercial, and banking-related matters.

At RKD Holdings Ltd., I drafted and reviewed agreements, notices, resolutions, minutes, and corporate records. I also supported EGMs, MOA and AOA amendments, regulatory filings, legal due diligence, and audits of statutory records against Office of the Company Registrar filings.

I'm currently a Legal Trainee at UKProperty Accountants (Sterling Wells), assisting with company formation, Companies House filings, strike-offs, identity verification, and client compliance support. My earlier internships at Pioneer Law Associates and Nepal Lawyer Services included legal research, legal opinions, blogs, document translation, and contract review.
