What I'm looking for

I seek a role focused on corporate compliance, due diligence, and ethical labor practices within a collaborative organization that values impact and professional growth.

I am an aspiring corporate lawyer with hands‑on experience in compliance, corporate documentation, and labor rights. I combine academic training from Kathmandu University School of Law with practical legal work across recruitment, venture funds, and corporate practice.

At International Manpower Recruitment, I conducted employer due diligence, drafted and negotiated employment and service agreements, and led grievance redressal and compliance policy development. I also served as Legal Counselor for a CSR Inclusive Mobility Initiative and collaborated with UN agencies to strengthen ethical labor migration systems.

In venture fund work, I developed AML/CFT and risk management policies, performed KYC and CDD on investors, drafted investment documents (NDAs, term sheets, SPAs/SHAs), and supported legal due diligence for portfolio companies. I created compliance tracking systems and advised on HR and labor law alignment.

I bring strong legal research, drafting, and compliance skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical, rights‑based approaches to labor and corporate law. I am eager to apply my skills in roles that emphasize regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and socially responsible legal practice.
