I’m looking for a corporate/commercial legal role where I can lead legal research, draft opinions and agreements, review contracts, consult clients, and prepare court briefs—growing through mentorship and practical, high-impact legal work.

I’m a licensed advocate and trainee legal associate with practical experience in corporate and commercial legal work, driven by a passion for legal research, drafting, and advocacy. In my current role, I conduct legal research, draft legal opinions and agreements, review contracts, and support corporate-related work through client consultation and court-brief preparation.

My internship experience at the Supreme Court of Nepal and the Office of the Attorney General strengthened my courtroom awareness and research discipline. I’ve supported litigation through case analysis, assisted in drafting and preparing legal references for judges, and prepared government case briefs for prosecutors—translating complex legal issues into clear, actionable outputs.
