I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my analytical skills in a dynamic sports environment, fostering team success and personal growth.

I am a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with a strong background in sports performance analysis. Graduating with a BA Honours in Physical Education and Sports Coaching, followed by an MSc in Sports Performance Analysis, I have developed a robust skill set that includes high-quality data analysis, coding, and visualisation. My experience spans across various roles in cricket and football, where I have successfully led analysis departments and contributed to the development of players through insightful data presentations.

Currently, I serve as the Lead Performance Analyst at Worcestershire County Cricket Club, where I lead the analysis department, providing valuable insights to a multi-discipline team. My responsibilities include camera setup, data collection, and presenting pre and post-match dossiers to players and coaches. I take pride in my ability to communicate complex data in an understandable manner, ensuring that all stakeholders can leverage insights for performance improvement.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to helping teams achieve their potential. I have established internship programs to mentor aspiring analysts and have actively contributed to community sports coaching. My leadership roles, including serving as Chairman of the Haslemere CC Committee, have further honed my organisational and interpersonal skills, allowing me to drive initiatives that foster growth and development within sports.
