At Birmingham City Football Club Academy, I supported day-to-day operations across the player pathway, including registrations, player records and compliance. I coordinated fixtures, documentation and communications across Academy age groups.
As an Academy Administrator, I maintained player and operational information using SharePoint and the Football Intelligence Platform. I also supported audit preparation, staff CPD tracking and financial administration.
For my Middlesex University recruitment project with a Swansea City brief, I evaluated Championship wide players and narrowed an initial pool of approximately 100 to a 25-player shortlist and three priority targets. I built Tableau dashboards and presented a recommendation supported by performance evidence and role-fit reasoning.
My MSc dissertation at Middlesex University examined how pre-recruitment performance data could help assess an attacking wide player's fit with Arsenal's tactical style. I combined statistical evidence with football interpretation to develop player-profile conclusions and recruitment recommendations.
