I’m a results-driven Site/Project Manager experienced in stakeholder collaboration, design coordination, and delivering sustainable, innovative solutions from concept to completion. I lead multidisciplinary teams through all design stages, balancing client aspirations, technical feasibility, and regulatory compliance.

Most recently at Stegra (Sweden), I serve as Electrical Site Manager for green hydrogen, green iron, and green steel—helping reduce carbon emissions from steel production by up to 95%. I review and manage design documentation, support constructability and value engineering, run design change control, and coordinate seamless design-to-construction handover across planning, engineering, and construction teams.

Earlier, as Regional Manager (Europe) and Project Engineer Manager at Metalex Industry Company, I led major renewable and industrial delivery activities, including a 200 km, 20” EGO pipeline and a 22 km branch line. I managed scope, resources, costs, and quality; built planning and work breakdown structures; maintained RFI registers; and acted as primary PoC through weekly progress meetings—all while integrating health, safety, and environmental considerations.
